Learn S & L with guided hand positioning
S is the left ring-finger home key; L is the right ring-finger home key. Begin by reading the finger guide, then watch the animated teaching example.
Guided practice before speed
This lesson begins with an animated 2D hand demonstration. Practice highlighted keys slowly and repeat the short independent check. Wrong keys are explained and counted toward accuracy, but do not advance the target. To pass Basic Lesson 04, reach at least 95% accuracy—there is no WPM target.
