Code Basics: JavaScript

Learn Code Basics: JavaScript with five teaching steps

Teach precise brackets, quotes and semicolons in short code snippets. This self-paced course demonstrates the correct finger reaches, lets you practice a real keyboard, explains incorrect presses and checks independent accuracy.

Learning steps

Learn the method, watch a 2D finger demonstration, type with hints, reinforce the pattern and complete an independent check. You need 97% accuracy to progress. Suggested long-term pace is 50+ WPM; speed is not a passing requirement. Finger guidance is inferred from keys rather than measured directly.
